    didge-stand-saddle.jpgPlay your didgeridoo hands-free!

This solo didgeridoo stand from L.A.Outback Didgeridoos is indispensable for the serious player. It allows you to play your didgeridoo hands-free so you can play other instruments at the same time. Imagine being able to play guitar, djembe or shakers while playing your didgeridoo simultaneously! Fully adjustable for sitting or standing. Holds most didgeridoos up to 9 lbs. The saddle is covered with a non-slip "memory foam" surface about 1/8" thick, along with two velcro straps that hold your didgeridoo in place. Locks in a flash to any angle and height you need. Breaks down and packs flat for transport. You can also use it to display your favorite didgeridoo in your home or office.

Each stand is made right here in California by our friend George who's worked with us for over 14 years. The quality, looks and functionality are as good as it gets. Our solo didgeridoo stand packs flat for shipping or transport to and from gigs or jam sessions with friends. Buy two or three hands-free stands and you can have your other didgeridoos side by side for easy key changes!

When folded for transport the stand is 25.5" long and the saddle is 13.5" long by 4" wide. Together it weighs 5 lbs (2.3 kg).

I bought this to use for an agave didge that I have because I like to stand when playing. Easy to setup, holds didge well, and folds up nicely for travel.

ALTHOUGH I HAVE'NT YET MASTERED THE DIDGE, I'M STILL TRYING, AND, I HOPE SOMEDAY SOON I'LL BE PLAYING LIKE A PRO. WHEN I SAW THIS DIDGE STAND, IT SEEMED LIKE THE PERFECT DEVICE FOR THE INSTRUMENT, SO I ORDERED IT RIGHT AWAY. IT ARRIVED VERY QUICKLY FROM MY ORDER DATE, AND IT WAS VERY WELL PACKED TO PROTECT IT FROM POSTAL MISADVENTURES! I ASSEMBLED IT IMMEDIATELY, TO BECOME FAMILIAR WITH ITS WORKINGS, AND ITS VERY WELL MADE! I PLACED MY DIDGE IN THE STAND ( ALSO PURCHASED FROM YOU), AND IT WORKS PERFECTLY! MAJOR PROPS TO ALL CONCERNED! NOW, ALL I NEED IS SOME TIME, AND A BIT OF KNOW-HOW, AND I'M IN! THANKS!

    6. A good stand, I wouldn't want to do without it, good value star rating

Now that I started using this stand I would not want to be without it. I leave the bottom section all the way down with the lock disengaged so the didge will spin freely. I can get up from the chair with no problem, come back and get going right away. the only reason I possibly would not give it a , (though I did give it a 5) would be that there is some plastic on it that I would prefer being metal, but then, I suppose it would cost twice as much. For the money it is great. I use a tripod for photography that is much stronger but it cost 3 times as much. The bed for holding the didgeridoo is made well and works fine. You will like it.
