Over the years we've tried FedEx and DHL, but we stick with UPS because they've never once denied a claim or added hidden charges to their rates. That's how we operate as well, and we trust that you'll appreciate our service, packaging, and on-time delivery. All didgeridoos and other large packages will be delivered through UPS. Smaller packages will be delivered through the US Postal Service.

All in-stock items usually ship within 24 hours (weekdays)  from our shop in Palm Springs, California. Regardless of which method you choose you will receive a tracking number from UPS when your order leaves our shop.

 

How Do I Know How Much Shipping Will Cost?

When you place an order, our shopping cart will pull live rates from either UPS or USPS Postal service to give you an accurate shipping cost and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
We currently offer FREE SHIPPING in the continental U.S. on all orders over $100. For expedited orders you just pay the difference between the Ground rate we pay and whatever Express rate you choose. 3 Day UPS generally only adds $10 to $20 more, while 2nd Day and Overnight can jump up much higher and vary wildly by your ZIP code and the overall size of the box.

 

Tracking Your UPS Package

A tracking number will automatically be sent to you via email allowing easy access to information on your package's progress. If you misplace the shipping confirmation email, you can always log into your account and check 'Order Status'.

Referencing Your Order

All orders are filed under the last name of the person the order was billed to. If you have questions regarding your order please phone us with the "bill to" name and order number and we'll be happy to help.

 

Oops.... There Was a Mistake On My Order

While we try very hard to make sure every item is boxed up when your order leaves, misakes do happen. Not to worry, we'll make it right. Just notify us of the overlooked item and we'll get it out for you at our expense.

 

Back Ordered Items

Back orders don't happen often, but when they do it generally takes 7 - 14 days to get the item to you. We generally turn the option to purchase a product OFF before it gets to a back order state, but sometimes we have a run on a particular item that catches us off guard. We will cover the cost of the shipping on the back order package as we don't want you the customer to incure any extra cost.

 

What If Something Gets Damaged In Transit?

In all our years of shipping didgeridoos around the globe it has been a rare occurance that something got damaged in transit. That said, in the unfortunate situation that this does happen you need to notify us immediately. We'll file a claim with UPS and get a replacement instrument in your hands a.s.a.p. Please keep all boxes and packing material as the UPS claims person may request to inspect these items before approving the claim. Once the claim is underway and approved you won't have to do anything more but sit back and enjoy your new didgeridoo once the replacement arrives.

 

My Order Never Arrived

First make sure your order is in a 'Shipped' satus. If for some reason your item was on back order, you will receive an update to your order status stating as such. Sometimes these notifications don't make it to their intended recipiant because of spam blockers. If you order displays a tracking number click this link to check with the shipper to confirm that your package(s) was delivered. If your packages shows a status of "delivered", please contact us direclty and we will begin the tracer process with UPS to locate the missing item.

 

Overnight Delivery Guarantee

In stock items ordered by 12pm (Pacific time) Monday through Friday and designated for overnight delivery will ship the day the order is placed. There are occasional exceptions, so if you have any concerns please call ahead and we'll let you know if your order will ship on the same day. There is no weekend pick up or delivery. And no pick up or delivery on major US holidays.

Orders for overnight delivery received AFTER 12pm (Pacific time) may take an additional business day for delivery.

Overnight delivery is not available to some rural U.S. addresses or outside the continental United States.

 

International Shipping

Our shopping cart software calculates rates for packages based on weight, however, some didgeridoos ship in such large packages that these results may be impossible to accurately calculate for international destinations. If necessary we will contact you with an adjusted shipping rate once we log in the dimensions of your package and your post code. (It shouldn't be too much higher, but you may cancel the order if the true shipping rate is higher than you are comfortable with).

On international destinations please also be aware that most countries impose their own customs duties and taxes. LA Outback has no control over these fees and no way to accurately calculate actual cost as each destination country is different. Please be aware that these fees are payable by the receiver once the package is delivered.

 

Shipping Restrictions

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note however that due to persistent fraud in certain countries, those destinations have be blocked in our shipping options. We don't want to punish a good hearted customer in a blocked country, so the best thing to do if you don't see your location in our shipping module would be to drop us an email at

Didgeridoo Exchange Policy

What if you don't bond with this didgeridoo? It can be exchanged within 30 days for any reason and there's no restocking fee. Can't decide on one? Call 1-800-519-1140 for live help!
