William lives in southern California where he crafted this exotic looking didgeridoo from an age-seasoned scrub oak tree. From its long slender neck to the BIG and SPIKEY 6" BELL at the bottom end this didgeridoo is an eye-popper! It's also VERY LOUD and HARMONICALLY RICH with a most excellent pitch bend from high A all the way down to A an octave below the drone (by dropping your jaw and slowing your breath). It features a natural mouthpiece made of bocote wood (see photo at left for a better look) and beautiful, multi-toned coloring in the wood grain with all of the checks sealed up tight. Didgeridoos of such rare shape, color and sonic appeal usually find a new home very quickly, so please don't think on this one too long if you see your name on it.

The interior bore is very clear which increases volume, harmonics, and clarity of tone. Double resin coated inside and out for enhanced sound quality, luster and durability. Features a smooth and comfortable mouthpiece made of hardwood sanitized with Didgeri-Clean (tea tree and lavender oil). No beeswax needed. This didgeridoo is waterproof, less affected by hot or cold weather conditions than standard didgeridoos, and very easy to care for, no worries. And remember, we now give you free shipping which, on a didge this size, would be around $45 to most places outside of California. But no dramas; the box, bubbles, safe packaging, insurance and delivery are all on us!
Soundwise: Concert Quality
William says, "While having a clear drone and being a high A, it has the capability of playing lower than an octave below the drone. When I play it, having the drop as well as sharp trumpet notes, it delivers great accents especially with bounce breath rhythms." With its RESONANT, FIREY DRONE and harmonics like glass chimes, this is simply a stunning didgeridoo. Unbelievably responsive to tongued riddims and trill, this didgeridoo offers a BIG VOICE with feisty vocal distortion effects and a grungy tonality. Four easy horn toots, the first being warm against the drone and always ready to go. VERY LOUD and POWERFUL. This wicked beauty also maintains optimally strong backpressure which helps to make the circular breathing technique easier. Truly a fine instrument and on offer for a very fair price.
