Performance Quality Didgeridoo
|
|
 Chad Butler

Chad lives in Oregon where he crafted this handsome, feisty, whiz-bang
didgeridoo from a storm felled Alderwood tree. Chad is an excellent craftsman
and he's been making quality didgeridoos for quite a while now. Whilst
Chad may not be an aboriginal fella from Australia, his didgeridoo have
earned their place among the fine indigenous instruments we have on offer
here. He's very knowledgeable about acoustics, crafting and playing techniques,
and he's very respectful of the aboriginal culture that shares this amazing
instrument with us. The bell or distal end is very clear which increases
volume, harmonics, and clarity of tone. A glass-like finish protects the
wood and artwork from the elements. It features a natural mouthpiece so
no beeswax is needed. |
Soundwise: Performance quality sound with myriad sonic colors that are easy to manipulate at any tempo. Absolutely brilliant and hard to put down! It's nice and loud, offering harmonic overtones that ring like a chorus of singing bowls. Highly articulate vocals, animal sounds, and tongued twang with perfectly balanced acoustics. Easy to get the very best out of it straight away. Crisp and reverberant whilst vibrating with good bass frequencies. Three horn tones sing warmly against the fundamental drone. Perfect backpressure for its size and pitch make the circular breathing technique easier. With this combination of sound and artwork we don't expect it to last long around here. Please don't hesitate
to contact us if you have any questions
or would like a demo over the phone.
