Beautiful New Bullroarers Now In Stock!
LA Outback just received a new supply of these amazing bullroarers and we're really pleased with how they look and sound!
What are these things? The bullroarer, also know as the bush telephone, is swung overhead from the attached cord to produce a deep, humming drone. Traditionally they are a device used in aboriginal communities to communicate over long distances in the outback announcing the beginning of secret men's business or ceremony. The bullroarer may also be used alongside the didgerioo in some initiation ceremonies, or a burial to keep away evil spirits.
Our new bullroarers are hand made from either Hickory or Tiger Maple with a beautiful Danish oil finish. They average 14" in length and come with a pre-tied nylon cord. These handsome bullroarers are in stock and ready to ship straight away!
