Watch a VIDEO demo of this didgeridoo below!

Karl is from southern Queensland, Australia, and he only makes didgeridoos when he's truly inspired. His impeccable, expertly applied "dot art" is truly remarkable. This is a CONCERT QUALITY didgeridoo with a natural mouthpiece (there's no beeswax needed). Made from age-seasoned bloodwood eucalyptus, there's gorgeous wood grain beneath the artwork which is why Karl left much of the wood unpainted. The artwork on this one features a big Barramundi fish along with aboriginal symbols for billabongs, or water marshes.

Crafted from termite hollowed eucalyptus. The interior bore is very clear and open which increases volume, harmonics, and clarity of tone. A gloss finish protects the wood and artwork from the elements. The natural mouthpiece is sanitized with Didgeri-Clean (tea tree and lavender oil).

Soundwise: Concert Quality

Great sound and playability with a dramatic pitch-bend of one whole note from D# to C# (by dropping your jaw a bit as you drone). Simply a ripper didgeridoo at a price that absolutely can't be beat. The tapered bore and flared belle end project vocals that are strong and clear, and the balance leans toward the midrange frequencies making animal calls and harmonics well articulated. It's nice and loud but not bombastic so you won't scare the cat, and it responds well to any tempo so play it fast or slow depending upon your mood or what moves you. Three easy horn toots. The first trumpet toot is bright to the drone and the overblown note is very stable making it easy to incorporate into rhythms. Optimal strong backpressure for its size and pitch make the circular breathing technique easier. With this combination of sound and looks we don't expect it to last long around here.
