Here's a handsome HIGH QUALITY aboriginal painted didgeridoo in the SUPER DEEP key of low A. This is a very hard key to find in eucalyptus didgeridoos, usually because a didge would normally be over six feet long to produce such a low pitch... but not this didgeridoo. At only four and a half feet long it delivers a strong and fairly loud drone in the HAUNTINGLY LOW key of A. It's a natural acoustic phenomena when this occurs, and a result of the particular physics of the bore shape. Needless to say, many didge players will want to own this one (especially at this low price) so don't "think on it" too long of you want this one for yourself.
Crafted from a woolybutt eucalyptus tree in southern Queensland, Australia, and painted up by Vicki Harding. The well executed artwork depicts a Yawk Yawk spirit figure on a background of sunset hues. See the close-up photo at left for a better look. According to Australian aboriginal lore, the Yawk Yawk is a protector of children that lives high up in the treetops and in the crevasses of rock caves. They can only be seen by the very young and very old.
from termite hollowed eucalyptus. The interior
bore is very clear and open which increases volume, harmonics, and
clarity of tone. A semi gloss finish protects the wood and artwork from
elements. Fitted with an organic beeswax mouthpiece sanitized with Didgeri-Clean (tea tree and lavender oil). The mouthpiece can easily be adjusted to fit you perfectly.

Deep, hauntingly cavernous soundforms beam through this low A didgeridoo! The bore is narrow enough to accommodate moderately paced riddims, while slower interludes echo the forgotten sounds of an abandoned factory on another planet. Easy pitch bend from low A down to low G# by dropping your jaw a bit as you drone. Three easy horn toots, all of them warm against the drone. Sweet harmonic resonance. Balanced acoustics (unlike most low didgeridoos, the bass frequencies in this one don't overpower the midrange). A truly fine instrument. Optimal strong backpressure makes the circular breathing technique easier. I don't recommend this didgeridoo for a true beginner due to the slow lip vibration needed to produce the low pitch. That said, if you've got your chops and you've been looking for a super low pitch well here it is! Please don't hesitate to contact us
