This handsome agave didgeridoo has a tapered profile, a HUGE 5.25" bell on the end, and Tanya Gerard's artwork that I affectionately call "cosmic dreaming". Beautiful, intricate dot art on the mid section features serpents rising from the bottom of the bell. The artwork is painted on the raw agave before the 7-10 sealing process giving it enough durability to last a lifetime.

Rob Thomas and Tanya Gerard have been making and playing agave didgeridoos for many years. Each instrument is carefully and patiently carved from wild harvested agave they personally collect while roaming through the southwestern wilderness habitat of New Mexico. They select only the most suitable stalks for didgeridoos and only after they have completed their flowering cycle and died. Once in their studio each stalk goes through a two to four week process where it is finely sanded, its center carefully carved to allow for a subtle and crystal clear harmonic range, ease of playability and volume of sound. The finished didgeridoo is finely coated each day over a two to three week period with a super resin that is non-toxic when cured. This not only enhances the harmonics but also strengthens the walls of the agave to somewhere near the durability of light wood. Fitted with an organic beeswax mouthpiece that's been sanitized with Didgeri-Clean (tea tree and lavender oil). This didgeridoo is waterproof, unaffected by hot or cold weather conditions, and very easy to care for, no worries. Rob says, "A superb instrument. Warm, rounded bass with smooth mids that dance inside a sweet harmonic ring. Higher frequencies are soft and clear. The bell of this didgeridoo slightly folds back in on itself which creates a kind of resonant cavern that's a joy to explore.  Its easy to play and has excellent effort to volume ratio.  You get big sound with low effort. Absolutely excels at bouncing bass beats and the trumpet overtones are strong with the first 3 being fairly easy to hit. An excellent outdoor instrument that needs no amplification. Its open enough on the inside to allow for pronounced vocals you can project with great effect or allow to melt into the bass frequencies as they roll out the bell."
