Hand selected for us by Jeremy Cloak , this very fine CONCERT QUALITY yidaki by Buwathay Munyarryun has just arrived from Yirrkala in Australia's N.E. Arnhem Land region. Jeremy says, " Buwathay rarely makes Yidaki, but when he does they are always top quality instruments." Buwathay garma (brackish water) and squid motif. Didgeri-Clean Soundwise: Concert Quality Excellent backpressure with coarse, somewhat dirty acoustics and crisp edges. Excellent response to pressure changes, mouth shapes and vocal accents. Excellent volume. Smooth transition from drone to horn toot. Good bass frequencies. Optimal strong backpressure for its size and pitch make the circular breathing
