The instructional CDs (1 and 3) are great. Pretty concise and clear, though as is always the case with an instructional CD/DVD for anything, you may find yourself searching the internet for another explanation or two.
I feel like i get the most out of discs 2, 4, and 5 (2 and 4 being the sample/practice rhythms, 5 being groove tracks). I've had a hard time finding something like this to help structure my own practice, and this is very good for that. Discs 2 and 4 build some rhythms one step at a time, which is VERY helpful, and disc 5 is just groove tracks which rocks for more free-form but still structured practice. I'd recommend this to most people--discs 1 and 3 for learning, but discs 2, 4, and 5 for people who have the mechanics of playing down (drone, tonguing, vocals, circular breathing, etc), but are still somewhat new (or even a bit experienced) and are looking for something to help structure their playing a bit more.
