Janice NelsonJanice Nelson

Janice Nelson is a Pintupi woman from the community of Kintore to the west of Alice Springs. Janey has been painting for approx 15 years but it has only been in the last 2 years that her works are becoming more sought after. Her works are primarily depictions of Pintupi country and sites of significance between the communities of Kintore and Kiwikurra in the Western desert of Central Australia. Janice and her husband Andrew divide their time between Alice Springs and Kintore.
