This is a truly beautiful and finely crafted didgeridoo by Robert featuring a painting of a hummingbird, flower and vines. It has a tapered, comfortable mouthpiece made of walnut wood, and a hand tooled leather wrap adorning the top just below the mouthpiece. You will see much better detail when you watch the HD video demo at the bottom of this page, as we zoom in really close on it. Signed and numbered by Robert inside the bell end. This is a STUNNING didgeridoo with a HUGE 6" bell at the bottom end.

Robert recently retired from a career as a goldsmith and jewelry designer which he began at the encouragement of his stepfather, the late Frank Polk, a renowned sculptor and founding member of the Cowboy Artists of America. Robert’s interest in the didgeridoo began after research into the benefits of playing the instrument as an alternative therapy for sleep apnea.

Having an extensive background in woodworking, he decided to craft his own didgeridoos from native agave plants, abundant in the Southwestern deserts of Arizona where Robert has lived for almost 50 years. This instrument was carefully tuned and given its own artistic touch to make it not only a quality player, but a true work of art. This didgeridoo is very light in weight so you can easily take it along on walkabouts, to drum circles, or jam sessions with friends. Double resin coated inside and out for enhanced sound quality, luster and durability. Features a smooth and comfortable solid mouthpiece that's been sanitized with Didgeri-Clean (tea tree and lavender oil). No beeswax needed. This didgeridoo is waterproof, unaffected by hot or cold weather conditions, and very easy to care for, no worries.

This BIG didgeridoo offers up a phat tone and supercharged volume. The conical bore delivers vibrant tonewaves that truly beam. It's sparky and responsive with a live acoustic (bit of a metallic edge in the high end frequencies) along with RADIANT BASS frequencies for dubby vibes! The drone is perfectly balanced with articulate vocal effects and resonant harmonic overtones that can calm a storm or warm the heart. Versatile pitch in C so you can play it fast and grungy or soft and lulling. Easy to play and get the best out of it straight away. This is a wonderful player that delivers heaps of tonal luminosity and whip snapping response to tongued rhythms.
