Didge Project Workshops & Didgeridoo Meditations in New York, NY

Didge Project is a didge awareness movement started by AJ Block and Tyler Sussman. Listening to the didgeridoo, having it played around the body, and feeling its powerful vibrations can facilitate deep meditation and enhance energy flow. The didgeridoo is a spiritual wind instrument that can be played for music, meditation and peace of mind. In this workshop we will discuss how abrasive vibrations negatively affect the human body and how natural vibrations can be used to rejuvenate and heal. The discussion will be followed by an extended group didgeridoo meditation (approximately 45 minutes) in which participants set their intentions for entering this deep state of relaxation.
